Designing Stellar Programming For Your Members

One of our greatest resources to provide our members is programming. Whether it be educational or networking—a strong programming offer makes for an engaged, excited community! In this course, we explore a strategic approach to developing your programming content, including:

  • How to identify the topics/events your community wants to see offered
  • How to utilize your full board/programming committee to support the development of your programs
  • How to efficiently develop a program (content, speaker, objectives, etc)
  • How to think long-term and prepare a programming calendar for each fiscal year

All participants will receive handouts/templates that they can use with their organizations to assist in the development process!

This course is offered the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. Registration opens in February – sign up to be notified when registration opens!

Developing Strong & Engaged Volunteer Committees

Volunteers are the heart and soul of all good organizations. Strong, committed volunteers are so valuable to have and so important to keep! In this course, we identify the most important steps to creating a volunteer base that thrives, including:

  • Where to recruit solid potential volunteers
  • How to onboard new volunteers successfully to ensure they are engaged efficiently
  • How best to support volunteers once they are connected and active

All participants will receive handouts/templates that they can use with their organizations to assist in the development process!
